According to the International Law No. 34/2014 regarding the rights of consumers in contracts concluded with professionals, as well as for the modification and completion of some normative acts:
Before the expiry of the withdrawal period, the consumer has the right to withdraw from this contract, without having to justify the withdrawal decision and without incurring other costs than those provided for in art. 13 paragraph (3) and art. 14 of GEO No. 34/2014, within 14 days starting with the day on which he takes physical possession of the product. Return costs are borne by the consumer.
The consumer will notify the seller of the decision to return the product no later than 14 days after taking physical possession of it and will actually return the product to the seller no later than 14 days from the date of notification of the return decision. The deadline is respected if the products are sent back by the consumer before the expiration of the 14-day period.
The returned product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered (in a complete package, as it was received, undamaged, with all accessories, with intact labels and accompanying documents). Products that show physical changes, hits, chips, scratches, shocks, traces of use and/or unauthorized interventions, etc., are not accepted for return.
The product is returned to our service collection point for checking its integrity and functionality only if the legal terms mentioned above have been respected, otherwise the customer is notified by email for the return of the product at his expense. After checking the product in service, a service specialist prepares a document regarding its condition
In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU, point (47) of the presentation: in order to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, the consumer should touch and inspect them in the same way as he would be allowed to do it in a store (on/off testing).
You bear the responsibility for any possible decrease in the value of the products, if after checking the conformity, properties and functionality of the products, it is proven that this devaluation was caused by improper handling by you.
The seller will refund the value of the product within a maximum of 14 (fourteen) days from the date of informing SKY SPARKLE LIGHTS SRL (the owner of www.skysparkle.ro) by the consumer of his decision to withdraw from the contract.
To return a product, please send us an email at contact@skysparkle.ro. If the return request is accepted, we will send you a return confirmation email, as well as instructions about and where to send the package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
